Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.
Be the Head of Payment Operation division as well as drive and coach the team to execute the Corporate's strategic plans to achieve the expected objective
Develop strategic action plans to support various company’s business programs and projects to achieve the ultimate services level of payment operation
Manage the team's performance and delegate work effectively to subordinates to maximize the productivity and value
Oversee, manage, review and streamline the payment operations as well as monitor the effectiveness of systems performance
Build and maintain excellent business partner relationship with relevant stakeholders such as vendors, merchants, business partners and card associations, authorities etc.
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Business Studies or related disciplines
10 years’ experience in payment processing function, preferably gained from banking industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level
Strategic thinking with strong business sense, highly presentable, strong leadership skill
Good command in both spoken English & Chinese
