Job Responsibilities

Support talent / learning / training administrative duties before, during and after each event (e.g. enrolment & nomination process, logistic arrangement, virtual classroom set-up, venue & training materials preparation and budget)

Organize and manage talent / learning calendar and training dataset

Manage enrollment activities using the Learning Management System

Maintain training and expenses records and produce analytic reports as needed

Prepare and disseminate learning materials (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)

Liaise with external vendors, to resolve issues related to the said events and handle contracts and invoices

Ensure employees and vendors following established policies

Act as a point-of-contact for vendors, participants and managers

Job Requirements

Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask

Great team player and show initiative to get things done

Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role

Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

Knowledge of office procedures and billing

Good communication skills in English and Cantonese

Strong attention to detail, desire to learn and self-develop

Degree holder, any discipline

Experience in project management
