Job Description :

We are hiring Assistant Marketing Services Manager - PR Focus.

  • Assist with the hotel’s marketing communications promotional efforts in revenue generating departments, e.g. Rooms, F&B, Catering, etc
  • Draft press releases in English, as well as translate in traditional and Simplified Chinese
  • Drive PR objectives and achieve corporate annual target
  • Maintain good relationship with media and influencers, handle enquiries in a timely manner
  • Organise and coordinate press interviews, photo and video shoots
  • Plan and organise events for key launches
  • Arrange and assist at least 2 media familiarisation trips per year and media / influencer’s visits
  • Develop, update and proofread hotel collaterals
  • Social media content creation and management including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and WeChat
  • Identify marketing opportunities through partnerships for strategic campaigns
  • Produce monthly reports for senior management reference, such as clipping report, social media report etc. under direction of DOMS
  • Initiate, arrange, supervise and follow-up all internal photography and videography shoots
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
  • Job Details :

  • 3-4 years of both brand PR and corporate communications experience
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Translation or related disciplines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good problem solving and decision making skill
  • Speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Write proficiently in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Aggressive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good art sense, creative, detail-minded and well-organised
  • Independent and confident
  • Innovative and proactive
  • Good team player
  • Strong proof-reading and writing skills with good understanding of Chinese.
