Job request

  • Plan, organize, implement, direct and oversee HR functions including recruitment and selection; training and development;
  • compensation and benefit; employee relations and personnel records maintenance

    Oversee recruitment activities and develop policies and procedures to meet company-wide staffing needs

    Formulate and develop plans, programs to meet specific training needs

    Develop and implement the reward strategies and principles at all levels

    Establish company sponsored employee activities to further the development of employee / company relationship

    Ensure the company is in compliance with all employment laws and regulations

    Responsive for overall administrative services including facilities management, maintenance, purchasing, printing and mailing services

    Appraise and review regularly suppliers and vendors contract and negotiate for better group discounts and identify savings
