An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Benefits Consultant to join the Asia Regional Benefits Team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be reporting to the APAC Plan Design and Strategy Lead and focusing on projects on benefits system deployments and activities (APAC & EGS), program processes enhancements, vendors SLAs, well-
being events planning to ensure the overall quality delivery of benefits programs and services to team members across APAC.
The incumbent should be able to work independently and demonstrate strong project management skills to lead the complex system deployment projects through close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, and also in-
depth skill in engaging with stakeholders of all levels to gather feedbacks and insights and makes recommendations on processes improvement for service delivery.
The role will work closely with the Global Leads on Portfolio, Infrastructure and Planning and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) on processes enhancement and vendor SLAs, metrics and issues tracking, as well as overseeing the day-
to-day work of Benefits administrator which support the Regional Benefits Leader of APAC for overall benefits program deliverables across APAC.
