To provide guidance to the quarantine person for setting up and on usage of the systems and mobile app
To provide technical and operational support to systems and mobile app and wristband.
To provide helpdesk support to the public in response to enquiries
To assist in monitoring the mobile app and associated devices.
To assist in daily administrative duties, including preparation of daily statistical reports.
To test the app for bug fixing and enhancement.
To carry out any other activities which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the operation.
Job Requirement :
Higher Diploma or above
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
Knowledge on using Android and iOS mobile phone
Familiar with EXCEL including the usage of macro and formula
Shift duty is required
