Logistics and Customer Care Officer-0070T1

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendor for conducting customer surveys and follow-up customer feedbacks
  • Manage customers’ and sales’ order modification requests
  • Handle customers’ enquiries via phone, emails and chat
  • Register of all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Support management’s ad-hoc assignments
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma or above
  • Call center or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Knowledge of and experience in SAP and CRM (Salesforce) is an asset
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
