Our client is a leading investment financial instituation in APAC Region. As the investors or advisors, they involved in over 300 IPOs, strategic mergers and acquisitions.
With the rapid expanding scale, they are now looking for a dedicated individual to join their team
Supporting PE fund accounting duties, including quarterly reporting, audit and compliance
Providing practical business advisory to clients on tax, trade, HR and related market entry advisory
Maintaining accounting records and schedules, as well as the vendor expense and prepare cost analysis
Liaising with banks for account opening and KYC requirements
University graduated in Accounting or relevant Finance and Business Administration disciplines
At least 3 years relevant accounting or audit background
Big Four candidates are welcomed
Knowledge of private equity funds industry is desirable
Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong multi-tasking skill is preferred.
Client service centric mind-set and self-driven are favorable
Fluency in written and spoken English is a big plus
