Accountabilities and Activities
Develop, drive and execute sales & marketing plan and strategies for both individual and group new business through engaging bank or partners’ commitment in delivering business targets and goals.
Be responsible to make key contributions to profitability and long term sustainability and growth of the channel
Lead and manage a high performing and engaging team with good team spirit to deliver professional sales coaching, training and service support in a proactive manner so as to influence / enable sellers to deliver quality business to achieve the sales target
Design, develop, implement, and maintain all training programs, both internal and external, by specifying training objectives, contents, activities and methods in program design / plan to support and meet the identified training needs for internal partnerships team, external partners and stakeholders, also to ensure all training programs / materials are delivered with excellent quality and fully complied with internal and external requirements.
Actively initiate, participate and provide key contributions / inputs in meetings, workgroups, projects and initiatives relating to sales, product, pricing, marketing, sales process, risk & compliance to represent needs and interests of the channel and partners
Build, manage and strengthen effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders of all levels to expand and maximize business benefits and opportunities
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have
Tertiary education or above
Possess valid insurance license IIQE I & II
Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) holder is preferred
Minimum 8 years of sales or training experience in banking or insurance industry, experience in medical insurance, or bancassurance a plus
At least 5 years of solid experience in sales management role with proven record and success in driving growth & productivity
Proactive, self-driven, results oriented, welcome challenges with team spirit, passion for winning while excelling in leadership
Excellent presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
Good interpersonal skill, strong relationship building and influence capabilities
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required, Putonghua is highly desirable
