Our client is a luxury fashion and apparel retailer.
The role is a Sales-Driven role. S / he will have to identify, develop and implement various potential activities within retail operations with the objective of maximizing stores' sales performance and output, including but not limited to the area of retail training, staff engagement, recognition & awarding, etc.
Apart from this, manage and ensure the stores performance thru performing hands-on & on-sites performance assessment & evaluation and hence to develop effective KPIs, training, coaching and development programs, etc to individual & teams are also the major tasks of the role.
