Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns management to deliver against the business objectives and P&L of marketing strategy and plan
  • Monitor the trend, competitive scene, regulation and consumer behaviour in driving the development of effective marketing activities and manage day-to-day promotion activities
  • Assist the team or work with service providers to handle daily operational tasks, such as procurement, purchase, payment, reports preparation, logistic arrangement, etc.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and effectively manage agency, vendor and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery

  • Act as project manager to continually enhance frontline & customer experience through driving innovation, digitalization, system / process enhancement project and refining standardized marketing process / operating procedure to streamline manual support & establish sound control point
  • Efficiently manage cost control, initiate market research / customer survey and business analysis to support thorough evaluation of marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure all programs / projects are strictly adhered to banking practices, compliance and regulatory requirements DisplayQualifications("-University degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years marketing experience, preferably in banking industry
  • Good business acumen with sound knowledge of banking and financial products with ability to multi-task and to establish and drive high priority initiatives
  • Ability to keep abreast of changes in markets, customer needs, competitors' responses and capabilities to identify new business opportunities and appropriate marketing strategy
  • Strong project management, people and negotiations skills; able to motivate others to strike for excellence
  • Detail minded and organized person with strong number sense
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, attentive to details and able to work under pressure in efficient manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill to work, interact with cross-function teams and facilitate business interactions
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) Requirements : -University degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years marketing experience, preferably in banking industry
