Omni Channel Management Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the products and services of the Company and meet the targets of all calling programs
  • Explore business opportunities through providing professional MPF consultation service
  • Provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients and manage their portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
  • Perform administrative duties related to the calling programs and provide reports for management review
  • Participate to sales & service events and activities
  • Requirements

  • Tertiary educated with at least
  • At least 4 years’ experience in sales and account servicing
  • Basic understanding of the MPF business and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Team player with mature personality and excellent communication skills
  • Passed in MPF Intermediaries Examination and HKSI Examination Paper 1,7, 8
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
