Sales Human Resources Officer
  • Ensure the quality of services and efficiency of contract administration and debt collection meet the defined standard for Life and General distribution channels
  • Handle agency recruitment package and finance application to provide prompt supports on new agency contracting
  • Maintain and update system of agent profile, contracting and termination records for distribution channels
  • Prepare agreements related to finance and contracting
  • Handle the debt collection of all distribution channels are accurate and effectively
  • Handle and ensure contracting and debt collection hotline from distributors in good quality
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test(UAT) on system changes and enhancements
  • Supervise junior to handle contracting and debt collection related tasks
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 3 years of working experience in insurance industry preferable with relevant experience in agency & broker contracting administrative supports and debt collection of all life and general distribution channels
  • Knowledge of the AS400 system will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as a excellent team player
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
