Position Summary and Objective
To build a Process Improvement team within Business Banking
Responsible for process re-design and management of change activities
Partner with Technology and Operations group to develop RPAs and workflows
Explore, deep-dive, define and facilitate implementation of a variety of value add solutions including rapid process automation, re-engineering opportunities within bank’s infrastructure
Design for no ops / Design for no human intervention - Defines, measures, and analyses current state processes to determine areas for simplification, standardization and automation.
100 RPAs aim to implement several automations to power the whole business banking operations
Design target solutions, roadmaps and gain concurrence amongst stakeholders including technology, operations, COO, product management, L&C, etc
Propose solutions based on data
Contribute and build a compilation of process-based body of knowledge including tools, templates, training materials, operating procedures and publish for new joiners in business banking
Partner with technology and operations team as part of agile tam to support development that achieves business outcomes.
Implement end to end tracking to ensure every part of the new journey has a digital footprint for future data backed analysis
To gradually build a small team of process optimization engineers to implement these solutions through process automation and re-engineering and partnering various stakeholders within the bank
Additional responsibilities may cover deep dive data analysis, creation and automation of data dashboarding and MI reporting to measure the effectiveness of the new process
Ensure employee & customer satisfaction by verifying process improvement solutions and deliverables are in alignment with the business directions.
Using industry best practices for LSS (Lean Six Sigma) and project management, ensures enhancements are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards.
Develop regular report metrics for all integration points and / or dependencies that support the successful delivery of the improvement progress.
Experience with process modelling, data modelling, data visualization tools and workflow
PMP certified, LEAN Six Sigma and Automation Anywhere certified preferred
Experience in Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism) preferred
Experience in SME banking / banking preferred
Knowledge in SQL / Python, Tableau, Qlik, advanced excel, UI path preferred
