Matriculated or above;
Min. 5 years’ experience in front-line customer service and operations, preferably gained from manufacturing industry;
Proactive, initiative, self-driven and responsible;
Able to work independently under pressure;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
Good PC application skills including Chinese Word Processing;
Some travel to overseas country are required.
To act as a contact point with various parties to ensure the effective running of project management from the initial stage till completion of project;
To handle customers’ enquiries;
To coordinate with both internal and external customers;
To provide administrative and logistic supports to both Sales Department as well as other overseas offices;
To attend site meetings;
To maintain good customer relationship;
To handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
