About Our Client

An exciting Administrative position is open for junior-middle level office / administrative assistant candidates. Our client is a well-

established investment firm. To support their dynamic business operations, they're now looking for an administrative assistant to handle all round office administration and reception duties.

Job Description

You will have below duties :

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support including ordering office supplies, vendor liaison, logistics arrangements for senior management
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms, greet guests when required
  • Assist with office maintenance and procurement, ad-hoc admin projects
  • Prepare monthly expenses & budget, and accounting reports
  • Handle staff business travel logistics such as car, hotel and travel booking
  • Maintain a well-organized filling system

    To be successful in this role, you must possess :

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in administration or customer services
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner and professional attitude
  • Well-organized, proactive, flexible and willing-to-learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
