Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or other related discipline
6 years solid experience in the training and development field, with at least 4 years in designing and delivering service, selling and attitude training experience.
Experience in conducting training program in retail industry is preferable
Proactive, self-motivated and passionate in training
Excellent training facilitation, presentation, communication and course development skills
Well-organized and detail-minded
Computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
