Executive Assistant-Family Office
Provide secretarial support to expatriate boss on travel booking (coordinate with crews on private jet), calendar & all kinds of personal matters etc.
Work with other Executive Assistants in HK and overseas
Other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever necessary
Degree holder in any relevant discipline
Around 12-15 years of related experience gained from bank and FI
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Independent, proactive, mature and with good interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
