In this position, you will :
Plan project work and monitor the work progress
Control of tender & technical submission
Deal with all contractual matters with clients and subcontractors
Lead the project team to complete the tasks according to schedule
Responsible for quality control, cost control, and safety issue
Handle site meeting and coordinate post-meeting works on reports, drawings, and other relevant project documentations
Candidates with less experience will consider in Assistant Project Manager position
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor Degree holder in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent discipline
8 years of experience in E&M / ELV projects, with 4 years in supervisory position
Proficiency in Auto-CAD is an advantage
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and management skill
Positive attitude, self-motivated and good team player
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
