Are you the one we are looking for?
What you can expect
You will be part of our international sales team and accelerate the impact of the team by delivering on all aspects of sales pipeline management and new dealer engagement initiatives in addition to improving sales processes for APAC markets with a focus on Japan.
You will monitor the sales pipeline and actively communicate with the local Sales Team to understand the market status and coordinate with the Marketing team to execute any dealer engagement initiatives you develop.
You will play an important role in planning and executing dealer engagement initiatives with the goal of acquiring leads for the Chrono24 dealer program.
You will use KPIs and reports to measure the impact of your initiatives.
You will be the contact point for marketing agencies and assure that key objectives are aligned, and timelines are met.
You will identify pain points and bottle necks in the sales process and proactively work on implementing solutions.
You will contribute your own ideas and suggestions in order to further optimize our sales processes.
You will perform any additional Ad Hoc duties.
What sets you apart
You are passionate about sales and marketing.
You have experience working in marketing, ideally on the B2B side.
You will use KPIs and reports to measure the impact of your initiatives (What you can expect)
You are approachable, willing to take on responsibilities and have a knack for multi-tasking.
Your ability to maintain a proactive approach, the ability to work in a team, and motivation to take action on your own initiative makes you stand out.
You have a strong command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese. Knowledge of another foreign language is advantageous.
You are proficient in the use of common Office solutions.
You have passion, creativity and a curiosity to learn.
