Your new role
Policy & Project Management
Develop the enterprise framework, policies and guidelines in relation to operational risk management
Project management in relations to Operational Risk
Develop policy and framework for monitoring third party risk for the Bank Group
Enterprise Risk (Reporting & internal control)
Prepare and review regular management reports under the Enterprise Risk Management framework to management committees
Liaise with different departments and conduct reports on risk area
Perform ongoing risk control tasks and conduct data analysis in relation to risk management
Operational Risk (RCSA, Incident management, Internal control)
Incident Management, RCSA experience, and risk indicator analysis
1.5 line of defense in implementing the operational risk management framework
Supporting in oversighting and providing guidance to all the department and functions
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3 years' experience in the banking / finance sector with hands on experience in Operational risk Independent, able to work under pressure, detail oriented and with good sense of responsibility
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular powerpoint, excel and word
