Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely acquisitions of visas for Church personnel, missionaries worldwide through monitoring relationships with consulates, embassies, other international government agencies and Office of General Counsel in HQs and local
  • Acquire required visas and provide travel services which includes arranging travel itinerary, accommodation and ground transportation to Church personnel, missionaries, and temple patrons
  • Negotiate service contracts with travel management company, airlines, shuttle service companies, hotels
  • Analyze and prepare reports and presentations as requested by supervisor and management
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of data and processes
  • Oversee fleet processes throughout Asia area (planning, purchasing, monitoring, maintaining and disposal)
  • Gather, evaluate, disseminate, coordinate and maintain information and data from multiple sources
  • Identifies performance gaps, recommend possible solutions and prepare root cause analysis for implementation
  • Provide Support Services to other departments when needed
  • Qualifications

  • A degree holder with related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills
  • Strong business sense and negotiation skills and ability to make sound financial decisions
  • Good data analysis, research, and computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Driver license holder preferable
  • Must be able to travel as required
