We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Transaction and Portfolio Management Manager

Principal responsibilities

  • Leading team to execute lending transaction management in both asset origination and oversight the quality of the lending portfolio
  • Guide front-end asset origination through the deal prioritization processes to optimize return on risk weighted assets
  • P erform strategic client and transaction review at front-end asset origination to optimize return on risk using portfolio management tools
  • Lead the Risk Identification process including the regular assessment and formulation of appropriate accounts strategy of corporate customers
  • Uphold the credit quality of the lending portfolio by developing and leading the implementation of credit control and early warning signal identification initiatives and processes
  • Conduct analysis on portfolio data and make insightful recommendations to improve credit quality
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial banking industry, preferably in Portfolio Management and Corporate Lending
  • Sound knowledge of credit analysis, RWA, regulatory capital, economic capital and portfolio management theory
  • Strong skills in credit and portfolio risk and return analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in application software such as Excel and Access and good knowledge of MKMV and Risk Frontier preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
