Support and coordinate global projects for global sourcing by working with business stakeholders to build comprehensive database and process rollouts
Key Responsibilities :
Explore E2E supplier management process from supplier onboarding to termination and learn usage of supporting systems / tools e.
g., Vendor Approval Process and Vendor Master data
Work with sourcing divisional champs and help to build full transparency of T1 subcontractors and T2 suppliers by integrating processes and data into aSL supply base
Understand business data structure and ensure data quality / accuracy of all supplier data maintained in system
Key Relationships :
Sourcing Operations Apparel, Footwear
Supporting functions (e.g., Finance, Legal)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Working knowledge of MS Excel is required
Tech savvy, comfortable with algorithms, ability and desire to learn new tools
Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
Knowledge of data analytics tools would be a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor / master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations / Supply Chain Management, Computer Science (or any other major with demonstrated interest in supply chain operations, data analytics skills)
