Purpose of the role :

Identify all possible process improvement options that drive cost saving in all aspect in Supply Chain operation and execution with the balance on products reliability and operation performance.

This can go thru detailed analysis in operation and manufacturing process.

Responsibilities :

The role will help prioritize and proper select of project

Proper plan and milestone in project roll out

Cost and Process analysis and improvement proposal

Process diagnosis and innovation

Appropriate use of automation

Driving change and execution

Key learning and sharing experience

Requirements :

Undergraduate or above in Engineering or Science discipline

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in diecasting, injection molding, matching, mechanical assembly manufacturing process

Able to do clean sheet cost breakdown of the above manufacturing processes

Excellent analytical skill

Critical thinking

Project management skill

Organized and pragmatic

Passionate and drive for results

Challenge status quo

Always looking for ways to improve manufacturing process via automation, simplifications, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Negotiation Skill

Knowledge in Quality system and Lean Six Sigma is preferable
