Health Contact Centre Life Contact Centre GI Contact Centre Retention & Direct Customer Contact CentreDescription

  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Ensure daily work management is maintained hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry.
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers’ needs
  • Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative work
  • Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary with customer service experience
  • Candidates familiar with bank or Insurance background is an advantage
  • Qualified license of IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5 is preferred
  • Good spoken and written in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with no concern over shift duty will be given priority
  • Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
