We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Claims Tele Consultant.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Conduct Tele interview with customer via phone and digital channels to support its insurance application
  • Provide guidance to customer complete medical / health questionnaire
  • Perform the underwriting assessment and support the Underwriting decision for Life and Health applications based on customer interview
  • Support customers on additional Health Documentations required for new applications
  • Provide Insurance technical support for sales team regarding customer enquires
  • Ensure to perform underwriting assessment and decision in accordance with procedures and service standard for new applications in professional manner
  • Support new projects in accordance with requirements set
  • Ensure the Virtual Underwriting team efficiency and accuracy
  • Regular review the administration procedures within the section to ensure all activities are processed in the most effective means and remain most effective at all times Support on launch and expand the Virtual Underwriting capability designing and maintaining service levels, scripts, procedures and training
  • Initiate system enhancement for business growth and enhancing service efficiency
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid years’ experience in Customer service / facing roles
  • Nursing experience will be added as advantage
  • Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate will be added as advantage
  • Life insurance working experience will be added as advantage
  • Good writing / speaking skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in dealing with customer with strong customer centricity mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
