Administer and support the University’s online learning and collaboration tools (such as Learning Management System (LMS), Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business), and online survey tool, etc.;
Develop and maintain various central web applications, and formulate document system specifications, test plans, upgrade or migration plan, etc.;
Provide support in integrating cloud services to central authentication system via SAML 2.0, OAuth, ODIC, etc.; and
Undertake any duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience;
Experience in liaising with stakeholders for user requirements;
Experience in administering and supporting Canvas, Qualtrics, QuestionPro, and Microsoft 365;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Ability to work independently under pressure are required; and
Knowledge of RedHat Linux and Git server would be an advantage.
