  • Monitor existing watch dealers’ account, including sell-in and sell-out, merchandising / model stock and display, and define yearly action plans for each individual dealer.
  • Maintain control over distribution network to ensure that the maison is well represented and covered.
  • Actively negotiate new opportunities with current business partners and search for new partners according to the maison’s strategy.
  • Conduct regular boutique visits, include but not limit to collect clients and product feedbacks, engage boutique staff for trainings, develop action to increase sales of High Ticket items etc
  • Work on sales analysis, product forecast and optimize sales potential by working closely with Supply Chain and Merchandizing team.
  • Work on sales activation plans, promotions and coordinative with Marketing on different promotional activities.
  • Ensure the maison’s Visual Merchandising requirements are well implemented in dealers’ network.


  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and business partners
  • Ensure maison’s presentation is up to standard (product, display, pricing, windows, service) at points of sale.
  • Commercial communication with clients to maximize orders and ensure constant stock at points of sale
  • Monitor clients’ stock Level, maintain records of monthly sales, delivery status, backorder per client and assortment replenishment.
  • Follow up on clients’ requirements and liaise with all relevant personnel to find adequate solution in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Director on communication to the clients for smooth ordering and payments from the clients.
  • Ensure trainings are conducted at all doors on maison history, product knowledge and visual merchandizing standards.
  • Implement booster with dealers to have timely sell out information for all product categories per POS.

  • Prepare and implement the activation plans for key POS
  • Coordinate and order POS materials, decoration materials and other merchandizing materials with Marketing and VM team.
  • Work closely with marketing team on different marketing initiatives on ad ad-hoc basis, support on logistics arrangement if needed.
  • Prepare sell-through reports and other monthly sales flash reporting regularly for management review.

  • Regular update on deliveries and backorders, support the sales projection with visibility to deliveries of orders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Distribution Plan detailing number of accounts, number of doors and sales per door.
  • Monitor payments are received on a timely basis.

  • Undergraduate or above
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale business. Watch & jewelry experience is highly preferred
  • Good business acumen
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • A team player
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good at Excel and PowerPoint
