Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling full spectrum of recruitment activities.
  • Handling annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
  • Supervising the preparation of monthly payroll calculation, MPF administration and verification.
  • Preparing review and development of HR policies, procedures and HR strategies.
  • Handling staff training and development.
  • Investigating and reporting on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Compiling statistical reports for management review.
  • Assisting in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Associate Degree / Diploma or above in any discipline with 1 year experiences, preferred in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Enthusiastic individual who is social minded, is willing to explore HR policies and practices in favor to people with different abilities, youth and families in difficulties.
  • Well- versed in HK Employment, HK Labour Ordinance and MPF Scheme Ordinance.
  • Independent, self- motivated, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent command of writing skills in both Chinese & English.
  • Well versed in MS Word & Excel.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant .
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
