Trading - Cash Trading Operations is an integral part of HKEX’s Operations Division and is responsible for managing the business and operations of the trading of securities market products.
We are looking for a high caliber candidate to provide high-quality service to HKEX’s participants, to support Cash Trading’s operations and project initiatives, and to streamline daily operation workflow. Job Responsibilities :
To manage and supervise daily operations of cash trading such as maintain good communication with Exchange Participant, ensure books and records are properly updated and tasks are completed on schedule
To enhance operation efficiency by optimising workflow, conducting feasibility studies on solutions across teams for adopting new and suitable technologies
To lead, manage and participate in system enhancement projects, including defining business user requirements, test planning and execution, and rollout arrangement
Job Requirements :
University degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration / Information Technology or related disciplines
Solid experience in securities market operation, project management in testing and implementation, client management
Ideally 6-8 years’ experience in securities operations of reputable financial institutions with exposure to Mainland and Hong Kong stock markets.
Experience in management / supervisory level is an advantage
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer / MS Office Macros / VBA / office application programming to develop programs according to business needs and user requirements is an advantage
Conversant with MS Office Tools such as Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint.
Experience in transforming office tasks through developing robotic process automation (RPA) is an advantage
Experience in using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for building knowledge base is an advantage
Self-motivated, great attention to detail, good interpersonal and people management skills, problem solving skills, able to work independently and work under pressure
Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
