The mission of this manager is to drive traffic from online to offline and help to secure a strong brand & competitive position in the market.
Job Duties :
Lead the growth of the web presence in the country in co-operation with all functions involved.
Ensure a seamless and integrated experience throughout all online contacts so that the brand becomes the natural first choice for inspiration, dialogue and product choice on the web, thereby contributing to the overall marketing and business objectives.
Develop web presence strategy and plan that covers content, communication, tools and resources on the website, all digital platforms / devices and social media meets the needs of our customers.
Actively support the brand concept and global communications and media strategy
Work with cross functional team, with input fromt he glopbal web team to develop website as in integral part, to create a seamless retail e-
Commerce customer experience.
Develop web presence strategy and plan that covers content, communication, tools and resources on the website, all digital platforms / devices and social media meets the needs of their customers.
Establish, monitor and maintain the web channel operations / releases, i.e. content, tools, functionality, in line with the global web channel on the website and all digital platforms / devices.
Create a positive experience for the user. Share feedback on effectiveness and communicate new needs to the global team in order to support future development of the website.
Bachelor Degree Holder with a minimum 10 years of working experience.
Marketing and branding professional in digital landscape
Strong interest and personal experience in using social media and multiple devices / apps.
Experienced in website management.
Experienced in creating and implementing long-term communication strategic plans, setting KPI / budgets, following up goals and evaluation.
Proven ability to work with a holistic approach with online communication / advertising / media buying and statistics agencies.
Experience of effective and efficient use and measurement of online media (owned and earned).
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
