    This role reports into the Asia Head ofDiversity and supports thedevelopment, execution and delivery of our Asia diversity strategy.

    Working within our existing Talent Developmentand Diversity & Inclusion framework, you will work with and influence keystakeholders including but not limited to Human Resources colleagues including Diversityteam members in other regions, Division Heads / Ops Officers, Diversity Councilmembers, Employee Network Sponsors and Chairs, and external partners.


  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on the development and delivery of world class diversity solutions to address organisational challenges and deliver business impact
  • Develop and strengthen governance and accountability frameworks to deliver D&I outcomes.
  • Utilise data and analytics to develop insights that inform engagement, recruitment, talent retention and development initiatives.
  • Promote the Firm’s brand as an inclusive employer through internal and external media
  • Represent D&I and Morgan Stanley through active participation in internal and external events.
  • Keep up to date with innovative diversity practices and relevant policy and regulatory changes that impact the Asia region.
  • Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of diversity and inclusion in a financial services, corporate or non-profit advocacy environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, and translate insights into impactful, commercial recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound judgement with confidential and sensitive matters, including data
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office products, including Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • 8+ years working in a regional or global team (in a corporate environment)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
