Organize and execute the Management Trainee Program with close coaching to the Management Trainees
In charge of the recruitment of Management Trainees process
Coordinate with internal and external partners in identifying and implementing learning and development support for Management Trainees
Assist in planning, developing and implementing Employee Welfare Program for both Hong Kong and Mainland employees
Support in budget preparation and other duties or ad hoc projects as required
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies with good knowledge of learning and development, curriculum design and delivery, handle Management Trainee Program;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong project management, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
Detail-minded and analytical
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
