The Lean and Agile coach will tutor and mentor management and team members within the team and across the organization, driving cultural change, building a community of engaged, problem-

solving members. They will implement a management system that utilizes Continuous Improvement strategies, putting the customer first and eliminating waste through teamwork, communication and mutual trust and respect.

Drive consistency among the Business Transformation Office and create a community to share best practice as well as introduce tools to facilitate the process.
