Job Profile and Description :
A sales representative is one of the key employees in our company, as he is a person who establishes the first contact with customers and thus is responsible for keeping up the image of the company through his dealings and interactions.
The sales representative is responsible to create a client database and has to be alert to offer the perfect service, fulfilling the need and interest of every potential customer.
Duties and Responsibilities
The sales representative creates on daily basis a data list of potential customers.
He / she will contact the potential customers by telephone with the purpose to arrange a meeting to introduce the company and the product.
He / she will visit the potential customer to make a demonstration of the products and discuss the sales package for the clients.
He / she will aim to establish new clients for the company on base of the demonstration meeting and possible further follow up afterwards.
Skills and Specifications
The sales representative must be a proactive person, who is able to work both independently and in team.
He / she must have great sales and negotiation skills.
He / she must have good communication skills and need to be friendly while interacting with the customers.
He / she must be able to identify the need and interest of the potential customer, with the aim to offer the most adequate service to him.
He / she must have basic knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office, which will help them to prospect potential customers and organize the paperwork for the clients.
Education and Qualifications
The Sales representative needs a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce or other majors with subjects like sales, marketing, economics, etc.
He / she needs an excellent knowledge of the English language, on both spoken and written basis. Other foreign languages will be evaluated as a plus.
He / she has at least 1 year of experience in direct sales, either on telephone base or face to face.
