To cope with our business expansion, we are now seeking high caliber individuals with long-term career objectives to apply for the following position as a part of the Service Excellence Development Team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager in Developing and implementing various training activities to enhance company service standard
  • Developing, organizing and delivering training programs to frontline staff, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and conducting follow-up activities
  • Plan and develop training programs, production of in-house training materials and delivery of in-house training to address development needs within the group
  • Provide training solutions and evaluation of post-training performances
  • Profile

    The successful candidate will possess a strong sense for business and have at least 3 years of training and development experience preferably gained from property management or hospitality industries.

    Strong knowledge in customer service and leadership training. Good presentation and facilitation skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are essential for this critical position.
