Digital and Marketing Communication Specialist, K&B Hong Kong (Temporary Position)
Key responsibilities to grow Kohler brand equity through all communications, and product launches and partnerships. Be accountable for developing, organizing, and implementing Integrated Marketing.
Communications activities for Kohler brand.
Assist Marcom Manager in planning process & implementing other programs for Hong Kong markets as requested.
Responsible for digital marketing activities planning and implementation in Hong Kong Market. Provide marketing and communication support for KOHLER E-Commerce.
Be accountable to all KOHLER social accounts to establish and maintain rapport with users and customers. Develop and execute integrated digital campaign to support KOHLER brand building and thematic marketing campaign.
Marcom, Public Relations and Events
Ensure execution of Marketing Calendar as approved plan accordingly.
Assist Marcom Manager to manage & track on Marketing budget, both ATL and BTL on a monthly basis.
Develop & implement Integrated Marketing Communication plan to achieve business goals & increase market share.
Manage creative, media and event agencies in terms of SOW and budget. To ensure high-quality deliverables that are consistent with communication strategy and goal.
Worked with Procurement Team to ensure compliance of quotation before appointment of agency.
In charge of KPIs tracking for all campaigns and media channels. Conduct regular meetings to track and cooperate with agencies for the solution in case off-track.
Ensure maximum the effectiveness of Marcom execution.
Oversee and manage all Marcom activities, ensure a cost-effective investment that requires a strong understanding of available assets and templates.
Spearhead the marketing communications activities in Hong Kong to achieve the maximum performance at the highest efficiency.
Assist Marcom Manager in planning & organizing Trade events / Showroom opening events etc.
Play the role of internal expert for Digital Marketing; including website, social media, SEM, SEO etc.
Worked with Regional Team to design and adapt an effective creative and media brief that enables agencies to come up with a strong and insightful proposal.
Manage digital calendar and propose content and creative assets, if needed, to use across media channels.
Develop digital KPIs and in charge of KPIs tracking for all campaigns and media channels. Conduct regular meetings to track and cooperate with agencies for the solution in case off-track.
Manage digital agency in terms of SOW and budget. Ensure high-quality deliverables that are consistent with event intend and goal.
Liaise with Sales team & Regional team to import & locally produce Selling tools & Literatures to support Sales force
Coordinate with Retail Sales / Channel Marketing / Showroom designer on all showroom matters such as showroom image upgrade project, new product roll-out, new POP etc.
Trade Promotion Management
Assist to plan and execute showroom and trade events.
Coordinate with Retail sales & Distributors to develop & implement Campaigns / Promotion programs and track for ROI.
Ensure all KOHLER Assets used by Distributors on print and online are consistent to KOHLER Branding Guidelines.
Provide marketing supports to Distributors.
Assist Marcom Manager & Regional team in conducting Market research, analyze & action plan.
Coordinate with agencies to have regular reports on media and consumer trends. Tracking on competitors’ Marcom activities.

Supervisory Relationships :
Direct report to Marketing Communications Manager, K&B SNEA
Organization Relationships :
Frequent contact with SNEA & AP marketing team members for approval & material sharing.
Frequent contact with Kohler Hong Kong Sales team members for task coordination.
External Business Relationships :
Frequent contact with distributors, printers for literature design and printing, contractors, and other vendors
Frequent contact with Creative & event agencies, media partners for the implementation of activities and publication
Skills / Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing and other relevant major
About 3-5 years’ experience and track record in digital marketing and web development
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong commercial sense and analytical skill.
Good command of software such as PowerPoint, excel, Photoshop
Good skills in communication and coordination
Good command of English esp. written English
