As a Resident Works Supervisor II on our Resident Site staff team in Hong Kong for the project - the contract GE2020 / 02 LPM (Package C) .
You will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority.
Based at a client site, you’ll have an opportunity to create requests for proposals, contracts, invoices and change orders while maintaining a fast pace project schedule.
Here's What You'll Need :
Certificate from CIC / HKIC / IVE / TI / TC / Poly in Hong Kong or equivalent in Civil Engineering; or
Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
Completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with at least two years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and
At least 3 years' relevant post qualification experience; or
At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Works Supervisor II in public works project or those listed in Section of the RSS Management Handbook.
Conditions : Appointments will be made with Halcrow China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
