The Job

  • Execute overall planning of the store projects
  • Prepare schedule, coordinate with internal stakeholders and deploy resources to carry out the store projects
  • Carry out feasibility study in advising technical provision and providing viable solution and cost projection
  • Prepare tendering document and all necessary documentation for internal approval
  • Project management to assigned projects and contract administration with managing variation orders, payment assessment and final account.
  • Prepare landlord submission, liase and handling Landlord / Management Office / authorities issues for the completion of project
  • Prepare required documents and work in alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the completion of project and prepare necessary documents for handover to internal stakeholders, Facility Management team and external parties
  • Special projects / tasks when assigned
  • The Person

  • Bachelor degree holder in Building Studies, Building Surveying or Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional qualification will be an advantage

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in retail store fitting out work and familiar with refrigeration / MV AC system will be preferred.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare tender document and contract administration
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Experience in handling Macau fitting out project will be an advantage
