Lead team to perform property management service quality audit, generate findings and analysis, make recommendations and advise overall improvements and strategic actions.
Set objectives on QA plan, document standard and drive communications.
Independently manage all QA functions to include but not limited to strategic planning, driving ISO certification, manage test execution and identify tools, conduct survey, arrange mystery shoppers, spot check and manage assessment tools (software / hardware).
Manage risk and conduct quality assurance audits at different stages of work program, coach, train staff on required quality standard as guidelines for day-
to-day work, identify and drive corrective actions.
Provide training in areas of quality assurance, customer service, and property management-related topics.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Quality Assurance related disciplines.
At least 10 years relevant experience working in trainer position with 5 years in managerial position
Experience in QA training and ISO certification will be an added advantage.
Good business sense, communication skills and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with good analytical skills and well organized
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
