The Purpose

  • To develop Fine Jewelry and Timepieces business through retail network in Asia Pacific.
  • To achieve boutique objectives in both quantitative (business plan) and qualitative (image & client service) KPIs.
  • To ensure branding strategy of Fine Jewelry and Timepieces well implemented in Asia Pacific.
  • To assist in sales network development.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fine Jewelry & Timepieces team and work closely with the Regional Private Clients & Uber Luxury Director to develop business plans and merchandising strategies.
  • Drive FJ & T business through retail network.
  • Achieve overall qualitative and quantitative objectives in each country.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty and increase market shares.
  • Participate to FJ events and new product launches to facilitate sales.
  • Work closely with country managers and coordinate with functional heads to prepare budgets and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, market share, and brand image.
  • Manage Fine Jewelry & Timepieces merchandises including participate in buying trips, construct product assortments and arrange stock replenishment & transfers.
  • Support country managers to monitor store operations which include visual merchandising, stock management, in-store promotion, inventory control and security.
  • Facilitate sales during different client development activities or treatments both instore and in outside venues.
  • Track sales and KPIs for all stores and provide constructive feedback to Country Managers and work with them for action plans.
  • Support boutique managers in recruitment, staff development and performance
  • Manage and develop the members of the team.

    Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Degree Holder / GIA Holder in Administration / Management Science or related discipline.
  • Work Experience

  • Minimum 15 years relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service related industry preferred.
