Marketing Manager


Support Senior Customer Management Manager in developingstrategy to enhance customer experience, distributor professionalism, as wellas identify business opportunities for incremental revenue

Customer campaign

  • Initiate and develop customer campaigns bothfrom corporate and channel perspective to improve customer satisfaction anddrive business sales.
  • The customer campaigns shall cover different line ofbusiness such as Health and Life business units

  • Develop and implement customer activationprogrammes to generate leads and acquire new customers for different businessunits
  • Customer contact programme

  • Develop and implement event-trigger cross-sellprogramme to boost business sales and enhance customer experience
  • Identify business opportunities based oncustomer / policy cycle and life stage taking into consideration of customervalue and market segmentation
  • Manage partnership programmes for differentbusiness initiatives (e.g. Heath and Life)
  • Coordinate and support the production ofmarketing / promotion collaterals (e.g. leaflet, roadshow collaterals andsouvenir)
  • Monitor programme budget and expenses, as wellas programme results
  • Event management

  • Champion and organise large and small-scale ofsponsorship events to enhance AXA’s brand preference as well as lead generation
  • Sales tool enhancement

  • Work with distributors and CMCO research teamto develop sales tools based on protection gap analysis, financial needanalysis
  • Work with distributor to develop infographicsand case studies
  • Qualifications

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 8 years of relevant working experience
  • At least 2 years relevant experience inplanning and executing customer campaigns or customer activation promotions
  • Broad knowledge of insurance industry or financialservices
  • Able to work independently, tacklemulti-projects simultaneously and able to work under stress
  • Creative thinking, customer-centric,detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Good analytical skills and business sense
  • Strong communication skills with strong writingskills in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is a goodteam player
  • Strong PC skills especially PowerPoint, Exceland Chinese Word Processing
