About the program

Belden's Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) is a cohort-based professional development plan for high-achiever college grads looking to jump start their careers.

This program is designed specifically for recent graduates seeking to be part of a class of future business leaders and benefit from connecting with peers while participating in real-world, challenging, interactive and action-based learning curriculum.

With this emerging talent program, participants developskills to accelerate career growth through three 12-month rotations across different areas of our company.

We are currently opening Human Resources track for 2022 intake. This track is perfect for someone who is driven to, and passionate about human resources function at an accelerated pace.

In this program, you will experience different roles in human resources in these three rotations.

The successful candidate will be reporting to Director, Rewards APAC in Hong Kong as the first rotation role on the program, with duties including but not limited to compensation & benefits, payroll management, HR system and analytics, performance and talent management, and other tasks as assigned.

The program will commence in July officially, successful candidate available earlier could start out as intern.

This is you

  • A driven and enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on a challenge and passionate about developing a long-term career in Belden across Human Resources disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or other related fields, with no more than two years of post-graduate work experience
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with high learning agility and maturity
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
  • Good command of written and verbal communication skills (both English & Chinese)
  • With basic knowledge of accounting principles would be advantageous
