Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
Processes guest arrivals and departures by providing prompt and courteous service
Provides efficient and personalized service to guests, and caters to any special requests
Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in LRA and The Peninsula Standard
Requirements :
Minimum of two years’ working experience in the hospitality industry
Hands-on experience with MS Office and Opera
Excellent customer interaction skills
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
