Description

Perform routineadministrative duties and provide operational support to

corporate clients.

Assist in handling customerservice enquiries and perform data entry and

document preparation and to meetcustomers’ expectation.

Control the quality of output by checking and signingfor reinsurance statement

and experience refund statement

Report IS security incidentsto IS Security according to AXA GI / CR company

procedures.

  • Prepare the Management and Financial reports
  • Be a Project Manager of Employee Benefits thatinvolves user requirement

    plan submission and presentation, UAT and projectclosure monitoring so as to

    facilitate all projects from routine enhancement (suchas system change) to

    large scale project(such as product development)

    Be a coach to train up the EB staff’s technicalskills

    Provide sales support to distribution channels and qualityinquiry to internal

    departments

  • Ensure quality work output and accuracy
  • Qualifications

    University degree ofany discipline, preferably with FLMI and ACS qualification

    At least 5 yearsexperience in Employee Benefits field

    Sound knowledge ofGroup Medical & Life products

    Solid experience inhandling Group Medical insurance administration

    Good customer servicemindset

    Good communicationand interpersonal skills

    Good command of bothspoken and written English and Chinese

  • StrongPC skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
