Main Responsibilities :
Manage the team productivity and efficiency to handle daily BAU process including Syndicated loan and bilateral loan covering disbursement, rollover, follow-up on payment of interest & principal
Closely monitor the team on day to day basis to ensure all SLA's are met and any exception are immediately escalated to the management for resolution when required
Perform review and improve the overall operations process and streamline the operation and tighten up the operations risk control
Collaborate with business partner to design, review and unify operations and system workflow
Participate and manage in ad hoc assignment, UAT and system enhancement to improve operational efficiency
Implement and maintenance of SOPs, process / policy change management, training of new joiners and ongoing training of existing Team
Manage process escalations from internal / external customers
Motivate and support the Team Members to meet their Goals and Objectives. Self-motivated and flexible with working hours.
Ensure backups and team depth is on the high side with production backups identified & trained on critical work queues DisplayQualifications("- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant or lending service work experience preferably in a back office / financial industry
Experience in loan operations, Commercial lending business, loan servicing, loan settlement, Etc
Leading Bank System and Processing enhancement project experience
Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues / problems related to the process
Strong risk & control mindset
Experience in driving small to medium sized projects with strong results
Strong people and performance management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is preferred)
Candidates with knowledge of payment system like SWIFE an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office application Requirements : - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant or lending service work experience preferably in a back office / financial industry
