Label Compliance Assistant
The Job
Review food product label, claim, product specification and supporting documents to ensure product regulatory compliance.
Follow up with commercial team and suppliers for local food label and other regulatory requirements.
Follow on label issue for products arrived in warehouse.
Maintain product information and checking record database.
Co-ordinate with internal technical services team for pre-launch product testing.
Perform store visit for food label checking.
Support the handling of product fail case and customer complain
The Person
University Degree in Science, preferably in Food Science and Nutrition
Fresh graduates or with food label and regulatory affair related working experience
Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
