We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Proposition Strategist Innovation and Growth Business Banking .
Be a key part within an agile strategy team focusing on Digital proposition development and commercialization for Business Banking in Hong Kong
Lead projects under the FX Strategic Business Investment to drive development of data driven propositions and margin recommendation strategy, with objective to deliver revenue growth, counter attrition and consistent customer outcome
Create margin recommendation framework to optimize customer acquisition and Life Time Value and conduct A / B Testing
Partner with business, products and other internal stakeholders to formulate business hypothesis, testing and convert into actionable insight
Lead iterative research to drive continuous optimization of margin recommendation model and identify new strategy
Conduct storytelling and visualization of research outputs to various levels of stakeholders, majority with no technical background
Collaborate with Data Analytics and IT to deploy models into BAU operation
Drive governance, process and communication excellence over proposition and pricing
Extensive background from one or more of the following areas pricing strategy, proposition development, business analytics, portfolio management.
Candidate with hands on experience in end to end research project cycle is preferred
Experience of defining pricing and proposition strategy for significant portfolio of clients
Proven track record of driving growth and optimize customer acquisition
Good communication ability to influence both internal and external business partners
Stakeholders management skills and ability to navigate across complex organization
Ability to think creatively about pricing and proposition implications to customer experience
Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques, such as but not limited to regression, k-NN, SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forest.
Knowledge on machine learning will be a plus
Solid programming skills in R, Python, SQL. Knowledge on SAS will be a plus
Education background in field of computer science, operation research, statistics, quantitative finance, mathematics, economics or equivalent
Fluent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is optional
Banking experience is optional
