We are looking for a high calibre candidate to work in VisLab led by Prof. Huamin Qu in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.
This appointee will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a two-year research project that aims at building an open learning design, data analytics and visualization framework for E-
Learning. Duties include budget planning, project paperwork, project progress checking and routine meeting management, etc.
The appointee will work with the principal investigator, postdocs and PhD students of this project in VisLab as well as collaborators from MIT and HKU.
The appointee will also have opportunities to collaborate on scientific publications and attend academic conferences.
Some project management experience and a background in data visualization, HCI, online education, data mining or data analysis would be preferred.
